Confuse
Everyday it is said to be an exam for us as we come across many new things in our day to day routine.As for this,frustration,annoyance,excellence,exhaustion all gets compiled till eventually one cant handle it anymore and just explodes like a volcano.
But then,we were all told by our guru's or guardian that once one has a problem,therefore one has to start looking up for ways to solve or overcome the problem but sadly just like any other normal citizen,we know that everything is easy to say..but its hard to practice it and same goes here where our employers say teach n lead us into solving problems by having critical thinking or analyzing the problem thoroughly before concluding a decision.
To begin with,our employer's had some internal affairs which were not involving the employee's in the organization,but due to the decision by our new employer..the decision of his has affected his own employee's.By blocking the web page of a social networking site in the internet which is being use widely around the world today has become a talk during break times and even during working hours.
But what is more confusing is when the employee's start to wonder whats the actual job of an employer.As on my personal view,an employer job's is to make correct choices or decisions in order to meet the productivity and goal of the organization.Is the management trying to teach us something which they themselves fail to practice it or is it suppose to be the other way round where our managements are suppose to b role models and examples to the employee's?
Dear director,with your decision of blocking the web page in your organization is not a good decision cause generally speaking you as a senior and experience person,you should infact face the problem properly and do critical thinkin.In this case not only the problem will be solved,in addition to dat as well even your employee's will be able to learn something from this misunderstanding and how to overcome it.
I also wish to relate the same scenario of whats going on in your organization to this story of mine as an example to get a better view.
A year old baby cries whenever he or she is hungry.And went the mother feeds the child,the child has a few bites and doesnt want to continue eating anymore...and this same scenario has been going on for an approximate 2 3 months.Eventually the mum gets angry and she just refuses to feed her child anymore with the reason of whats the point to feed the infant when the child is just not going to eat.Well if the mum says this,we can conclude this by saying maybe the mum isnt ready to be a mother yet or maybe we can also say thay maybe the mum has no responsibilities in her as she is still young to be a mother.Wherelse a good mum will actually take the initiave to find out why her child doesnt want to eat his meals properly instead of concluding a decision fast.
Same goes here..we have come across proverbs like..NEVER JUDGE BOOK BY ITS COVER..but what you just did is JUDGING THE BOOK WITHOUT READING ITS yet..

my PERSONAL OPINION
Excuse me sir..could you kindly donate a small amount to our fund on building or prolly upgradin gurdwara...among the commonly use dialogues among people today..without any doubts a donation will b made generously without even wasting a minute to think bout it...but where does the donation money go to????
Till today we have seen many beautiful nice gurdwara's yes no doubt it was all chipped in by our community to build such beautiful gurdwara's..but wat suprises me is the maintenance of the gurdwara later after its completed..The arguments among each other on being the gurdwara president is among the common fights..why has this got to happen?Is it cause the donation money can b pocketed without being tax or is it cause of the fame involve in being a president of a gurdwara?
My personal point of view..I mean I'm just voicing out what i feel which can be done to improve our society rather than seeing it to be as a laughing stock among others..Firstly,instead of building so many big gurdwara's in the same city..we can make do with 1 big gurdwara n the rest can be small yet simple and at same time beautifully done up whereby we can save up cost and use the same cash donated by us to help the poorer punjabis which are truly in financial need.
Besides that,we too can use this same cash to get a bus where it can be used on weekends to transport our elderly and as well as their grandchildren from their residence straight to the big gurdwara whereby free punjabi classes and other things related to the religion for example tabla,waja,bhangra dancing,dhol could be thought as well in afternoons.Thereafter during evening,the same people can go to the park owned by the gurdwara itself for evening games whereby in here we as parents will know that our parents are with their friends chatting while their kids are being observed and socialising among their age group of people.In simple words,the weekends of a punjabi youth is spend with doing good things and not indulging in negative habits such as drinking nor smokin nor gambling which most youngsters in our society ready got indulge to it at such young ages.
Its saddening when we see another punjabi youth which got destroyed,but at same time deep down in us,we get more jealous when we see a punjabi doing better off then us.
But whats more hurting is when u realise that one has to pay a monthly fee just to learn his own mother tongue.It truly doesnt make any sense to me at all on why should 1 punjabi boy or girl pay tuition fee's just to learn his own mother tongue back here.But to make matters worst,everyone plays the blame game on blaming parents,backgrounds,peers when one is seen dating another race or smoking or drinking in public places.Why did all this occur firstly is what we should investigate before playing the blame game follks.If from the start we had all this I'm pretty much sure not all but most youth would have got theirselves indulge in this religion activities.
Organising samelan more than 3 times a year doesnt help in improving bondings between youths as from my personal point of view,samelan has become more commercialise nowdays till everyone just takes advantage of samelan.Once again I'm not saying we should completely not have samelan..just like others..even samelan has its advantages n disadvantages but dun u think havin samelan more than once or twice a year is startin to waste cash when we can use the same cash to help poor punjabi kids which are at the outskirts of the main cities..
Together people..lets take this as a lesson and improve our minor society..lets show others that thou we are a minor here...we have the strength of each other in time of need and we practice one for all..all for one which can b set as an example for others to follow as well instead of wasting n killing our youths..

kempen TAK NAK
We people have come across many many exciting and as well as creative ways on advertising kempen TAK NAK..not to forget government too played a vital role by spendin billions of ringgit on promoting n creatin aware of the hazard involved wen one takes a puff just to blow out smoke to equal it with SATISFACTION of temporary..thou many agreed dat its guilty pleasure smokin..but yet theres never a sign of a smoker givin up...why so smokers? u guys jst clever to talk but hard to do it..or u guys jst wana show the world dat u'll r learned too?????
Sadly its the same scenario here..of where i am curently..jst recently a nite ago i was taken back fer a moment wen i entered 711...like normal i wen to get my usual carbonated drink it was then wen i realised how bad a country we r..while the world is busy going against smoking n reducing smoking zones in public places n government buildin or maybe imposing high taxes on cigarette boxes n so on..but its different back here...the cashier actually told me..the cigarette box fer 20's is on promotion fer a month..whereby its reduce a dollar n 30cents from the usual 9ringgit plus price..wat does tis implement????
Are we trying to create more virgin smokers to join the club by picking up the habit or are we trying to reduce the number of current smokers n having a goal to achieve of where at vision 2020 there wont b new smokers in the city where we once had a promotion for cigarette boxes...

wanting to bring bac sum live here
after a year break frm bloggin..m finally back guys with more extra amazing stories..off course for sure tis time m not gona go too detail bout love..cause i jst realise..does love even exist???aiyo if u think its there den pls wake up n nudge me in facebook ay...common man wen there was love..the partner never appreciated the person wich was givin the love....but wen the person u claim lar brothers n sisters..once again the partners wich u'll claimed dat u loved leaves u..its den the realisation hits in u dat how much she meant to u...but den its too late..as we malaysians jst love to practice the old english proverb..CRYING OVER SPILL MILK dun we brothers...
for instances..lets try to b more open minded with the culture n today's world..can any1 of us here willing to mix both our cultures with the modern civilization??aiya sumore we r in indians n punjabis here..can we punjabis actually ever think of mixin both our cultures n civilization..fer sure cannot wan..but then why r there ppl still commentin on wat a punjabi is doin?was it a crime to hold a beer bottle or to consume alcohol after one cums out frm the gurdwara?????
